1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at portal.titanautowash.com and any services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Titan Wash Tech LLC ("Titan Wash Tech," "we," "us," "our"), a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Titan Auto Wash.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or to submit a phone number through our SMS opt-in form.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Our promotional SMS program is governed by our SMS Messaging Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Promotional Codes

Promo codes delivered through our SMS program are subject to the following:

• Each code is single-use and valid only at participating Titan Auto Wash locations.
• Codes expire on the date stated in the message delivering them.
• Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold, auctioned, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Limit one code per phone number per 24-hour period, and a maximum of three codes per phone number per 30-day period.
• We may void any code obtained through fraud, automation, or violation of these Terms, and may terminate the participation of any user who does so.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit a phone number you are not authorized to use
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to submit forms or obtain promo codes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the Services
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any portion of the Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Titan Wash Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. The Titan Auto Wash and Titan Wash Tech names and logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any message will be delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITAN WASH TECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Titan Wash Tech, its members, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
